Digital Painting (iPad with ArtRage app)

This ongoing series of digital paintings, titled Sea/Shore, was begun during an artist residency on Cuttyhunk Island in September 2023. I have always loved walking the intertidal zone - a place that is neither ocean nor dry land, but a little of both. As I traverse this ever-changing land/sea scape, I experience its breadth as a continuous littoral band, and its depth as a physically narrow but incredibly rich and diverse environment. The resulting paintings are my declaration of love for this endlessly fascinating subject. Each piece is printed on acid-free paper in an edition of ten.
